Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Returns won't be accepted if the product has been opened or used, is returned more than 30 days after the purchase date, or has been damaged through misuse or improper handling.

Start a Return

To start a return, contact Customer Support at admin@postagesolutions.com or 1-866-284-6644 to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

If your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without a valid Return Authorization (RA) Number won't be accepted.

Return Shipping

Package your product securely in its original packaging and include your Return Authorization (RA) Number with your return.

For non-defective products, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For products confirmed to be defective, CartridgeSave will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact Customer Support as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Refunds

Eligible non-defective products returned within 30 days of the purchase date qualify for a refund only.

Defective products reported within 30 days of the purchase date qualify for either a refund or an exchange.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after your return has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Warranty

Products confirmed to be defective more than 30 days after the purchase date, but within the 2-year warranty period, qualify for either a replacement product or store credit toward a future purchase.

Warranty coverage ends 2 years from the purchase date. Products reported after the warranty period are no longer eligible for warranty service.
