Orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped the same day or the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Please note that our warehouse operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Additional charges may apply for heavy items or deliveries to remote locations. If applicable, our customer service team will contact you before processing your order.

Returns
You have 30 days to request a return. Returns must be made at the customer’s expense. Products must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.

Shipping fees are non refundable. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
If your order qualified for free shipping, a flat rate of $14.99 will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you ordered the wrong item and the packaging has not been opened, we may still be able to help. If the error was caused by incorrect information on our website, we will gladly replace the product. If the mistake was made by the customer, replacement is possible, but shipping charges apply.
