Francotyp Postalia Ink Cartridges & Supplies

TECHNICAL BULLETIN:

We currently stop providing the FP Postalia ink cartridge as there is a recognition issue with the postage meter. Users of this supply who upgrade to the latest firmware may experience issues with cartridge recognition. Cartridges ALREADY INSTALLED will continue to work even if the update is accepted.
Once the firmware update has been accepted the postage meter will continue to function normally until a cartridge is replaced. On replacement, the cartridge will not be recognized and the postage meter will not function.

This issue is industry-wide in CANADA and we're actively working to update chips accordingly.
