What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by check, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. We also accept purchase orders from schools, government organisations and companies with an approved account.
Is my credit card information secure?
All Credit Card information is passed over a secure connection using the latest encryption technology. When you go to the 'Checkout' page, you will see that the page starts with 'https' (meaning secure SSL connection) and there is a padlock at the bottom of your browser window indicating this. Your details are only decrypted after they reach our fulfilment department. Our systems are extremely secure and so your credit card details are safe. All of our cartridges are manufactured to the strict quality standards of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and are ISO 9001: 2008 certified. However, if you experience a quality or a technical problem within 3 months of your purchase, we will be happy to provide replacement or credit.
30 days return

You have 30 days to request a return. Returns must be made at the customer's own expense. Provided that the products are unopened and in new condition, you can return your order to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees for purchases are non-refundable. All refunds will be made using the same transactional method as the payment.

Please note, if your order initially qualified for free shipping, a flat rate of $14.99 will be deducted from the refund amount. This deduction covers the costs associated with the initial free shipping.

If you order the wrong item

Our printer cartridge compatibility information is highly accurate. However, if there is any error on our website which has caused you to order the wrong products (and have not opened the packaging), we will happily accept them for a replacement. 

Error are humain. If you made a mistake, (and have not opened the packaging), we'll gladly replace the wrong product. You only pay for shipping.

Orders are shipped by Canada Post (XpressPost)
Orders are shipped by Canada Post* and delivered anywhere in Canada. Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using Canada Post's online tracking tool.  *Another shipping company may be used to ship.
Orders are delivered in 1 to 5 business days in Canada*.
Orders placed Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day. Once processed the delivery time can take anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on where you are located in Canada. (Please note our warehouse is only open from Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM.) Orders placed over the weekends will only be processed on Monday.
Shipping of heavy products or to remote locations within Canada
Additional charge may apply for certain heavy items or are delivered to remote locations. Our customer service will contact you for more information if your order may qualify for extra shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order. Where products are manufactured or adapted to the buyer's specification, the seller accepts no responsibility as regards the fitness for purpose of the products so supplied, and those goods are not returnable for credit without the specific prior written agreement of the seller.

In the event any part of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, our maximum aggregate liability under such circumstances will be limited to the lesser of the purchase price paid for the products, or $50.
